Bryce True

With his experience in financial and operational services encompassing the customer experience, Bryce True is uniquely positioned to help businesses grow and thrive in and around the Casper community.

A Casper native, Bryce True has been part of the Brick & Bond team since September 2021. Bryce graduated from CU Denver with both a Bachelor's in Photography and a Bachelor's in Business Management. After living in many of the Rocky Mountain States, Bryce came back for family, fishing, and finance, starting with Hilltop Bank in August of 2012.  

Bryce worked in the trenches with Hilltop Bank’s frontline staff and ultimately transferred through several departments to better learn the full breadth of the operation. This training regimen prepared him to launch the Client Treasury Services Department at Hilltop in 2017, focused heavily on being a concierge for commercial banking clients. Bryce continued to grow his managerial experience, expanding his team to five employees, before his departure in August of 2021 to join Brick & Bond in its startup phase.  

During all of this, Bryce’s wife Kelsey and their three boys have been tireless cheerleaders and the greatest champions for his success. Joining the Brick & Bond team has been a blessing for their family, refocusing on the core values that brought Bryce home to Casper in the first place.
