The Drinkery

Since opening in November 2022, The Drinkery has become the go-to spot for socializing with friends and colleagues in downtown Casper, thanks to owner Cory Poulos. When Cory saw an opportunity to expand his business, Occasions by Cory, by opening a bar, he quickly got to work on transforming the space. Despite a tight deadline, The Drinkery was brought to life with remarkable speed, with just a month allocated for an extensive renovation that enlarged the bar and introduced a fresh concept.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere that exudes an urban vibe. The Drinkery manages to balance being stylish and maintaining an inclusive ambience that welcomes everyone who enters, with its upscale yet comfortable brick building, concrete floors, and living room furniture.

The bar's menu showcases its cocktail-forward concept with thirteen classic cocktails and their contemporary counterparts. Among the fan favorites, The Drinkery’s version of the old-fashioned is skillfully executed and reigns supreme as the top-selling cocktail. But Cory’s pride in The Drinkery goes beyond its alcoholic offerings, as reflected in its diverse drink menu that caters to all preferences —including a range of non-alcoholic options such as non-alcoholic distilled spirits, crafted spirits, and botanicals. 

Cory's passion for culinary arts, coupled with his expertise in catering and event planning, has propelled him to entrepreneurial success.
